RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
OLIVE
SAN ANTONIO, TX
Palm Springs-inspired Mid Century design, Nordic minimalism, and Hollywood Hills glamour throw a house party together at the North Olive Residence. This uniquely restored home in the Dignowity Hill Historic District of San Antonio features an open-concept living-kitchen space with a pared-down fireplace, exposed beams, quartz marble island with waterfall edge, and brushed gold metallic fixtures. The dining space is defined by a bold aqua geometric paneled wall and opens beautifully into a wet bar lounge. Plush white textiles and furs warm the master suite, which spills onto a sweeping deck with panoramic views of downtown and the Tower of the Americas. The symmetrical master bath pays homage to Moroccan-influenced Deco luxury with geometric marble and brass tile inlays accenting the open dual shower. Relaxed design and modern elegance come together in this full renovation.
LAMAR
SAN ANTONIO, TX
Creating contrast in a design is centric to formulating a space that tells a story. Lamar House, situated in San Antonio’s historic Dignowity Hill, combines the spirit of a farmhouse with the sophistication of a modern loft. This full remodel project features exposed beams and rustic wood tones paired alongside geometric barn doors and luxurious marbles. A clean black and white color palette anchors the space and allows the designer fixtures, chef-grade appliances, and cozy textiles to shine. This city farmhouse is fit for the modern cowboy looking for a place to kick off his boots and relax amongst beautifully designed city comforts.
MARFA RANCH HOUSE
MARFA, TX
Life on the ranch takes on a whole new meaning. The Marfa Ranch House project combines a warm and welcoming residential aesthetic with commercial-grade durability. This massive 10,000 square foot home sleeps 25 guests and is tucked away on 70,000 acres in the Texas desert. The design of this project was inspired by the natural desert landscape surrounding the home. Rustic earth tones, rich leathers, and organic forms pair with exposed beams, white Texas limestone, and art capturing the simplicity of ranch life. Clean, modern lines contrast with handmade Ganado print textiles, cowhide, and live edge wood pieces, which give the space an elevated rustic feel.
